: 可行。有问题也可以删除vendor目录和composer.lock，然后composer install，至少我遇到的问题都解决了。

升级过程中出现了下述报错，但是能成功进入3.1.1
升级后，当安装moment主题后，后台页面显示的版本会变更为3.0.0
